a body of mass 2kg is thrown vertically upwards with an initial velocity of 20 m/s. 1) what will be its potential energy at the end of 2 sec? . 2) what is the maximum value of potential energy? (assume g =10m/s)

Max potential energy = MGH = 2×10×20 = 400 J
( I have written direct as I already told you the concept )

and , position at t=2 ..

s= ut+1/2. at^2

= 20×2 + 1/2 × 10 × 4
= 60 J
