Potential energy = mgh

              = 4 kg * g * 5 m

Potential energy = mgh

               = 4 kg * g * 10 m

               = 40g  kg m

Increase in energy = ( 40 - 20 )g kg m

          = 20g   kg m

Hence potential energy is increased by 20g( g is gravitational acceleration ).  Or, by 100 %.
