Buoyant Force is a type of force and F=ma.
So,mass of body,
98=m(As acceleration due to gravity is always the same so we don't take it in consideration.)

1)Now,the buoyant force exerted on body by water,
F=ma
F=98 N(We don't take a in consideration.)

2)Weight of body in water(W)=Weight of body in air(we don't take a in consideration so here,mass) - Upthrust or buoyant force.

W=98N - 98N
W=0

Conclusion: The weight of body in water is 0 and the buoyant force exerted on it is 98N.

One more thing,this question is related to physics not maths.

Ashwin24: 3 litre of water is not taken in consideration
Hasnain1: Yeah
Ashwin24: why
Hasnain1: Because it has no use.We can calculate the answer even without it.
Ashwin24: oh
Hasnain1: The thing matter is that the body is completely immersed
Ashwin24: I understand
