Steps:
1) Average Acceleration = Change in velocity between two points / Time taken.

2) At diametrically opposite points ,
Velocity at point C is v (-i) .
Velocity at point E is v (i)

3)Time taken,t = Distance Arc(CE)/ Speed
=πr/v


Average Acceleration = v(i)-v(-i) / t
= 2v(i) / πr/v = 2v^2/πr
