Given:-

  • Initial velocity ,u = 0m/s

  • Force ,F = 50 N

  • Time taken ,t = 10 s

  • Mass ,m = 100g = 100/1000 = 0.1 kg

To Find:-

  • Distance Travelled ,s

Solution:-

As we know that Force is the product of mass and Acceleration.

• F = ma

Substitute the value we get

→ 50 = 0.1 × a

→ a = 50/0.1

→ a = 500m/s²

Now , using 2nd equation of motion

s = ut + 1/2at²

Substitute the value we get

→ s = 0×10 + 1/2×500 × 10²

→ s = 0 + 250 × 100

→ s = 25000

→ s = 25000/1000

→ s = 25 km

Therefore, the distance covered by the body is 25 Kilometres.

\huge\fcolorbox{red}{cyan}{25 \:km}

Explanation:

  • Mass (m)=>100 g = 0.1kg
  • Force Applied (f)= 50 N
  • Time Taken (t)= 10 s
  • Distance Travelled (s)= ?
  • Acceleration(a) = ?

First Lets Calculate The Acceleration :-

\bf\color{purple}{Force=Mass \times Acceleration} \\ =>\bf{Lets\:Put\:The\:Values} \\ =>50=0.1 \times a  \\ => a = \frac{50}{0.1}  \\ => \boxed{500\:m/s²}

Thus The Acceleration is 500m/s²

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Now Lets Calculate The Distance Travelled :-
From Second Equation Of Motion :-
\bf\color{orange}{s=ut+\frac{1}{2}at²} \\ =&gt;\bf{Lets\:Put\:The\:Values}  \\ =&gt;s = (0 \times 10) + (\frac{1}{2} \times 500 \times 10²)  \\ =&gt; s = 0 + (250 \times 100)  \\ =&gt;\boxed{s = 25000\:m}</p><p>
Hope it helped
