A body travels with a uniform velocity of 25 m/s for 5s. It then accelerates uniformly to attain a velocity of 35m/s in the next 10s. It then instantaneously changes it's velocity to 5m/s and travels uniformly for the next 20s but in the opposite direction. Find the average velocity.
