Centripetal Force :-

It is a type of force acting towards the centre of circle. It acts when body is moving along circular path.

Till half the revolution displacement covered,

S = πr

As we know that,

Centripetal Force = F = mv²/r

W = F•S

W = mv²/r × πr

\bf{W\:=\:πm{v}^{2}}

Hence,

Work done by Centripetal Force = W = πmv²
