Solution:-
Initial velocity=18km/h
First We will change it to m/s
 =  > 18 \times  \frac{5}{18}  \\  =  > 5m \: per \: second
Acceleration=9cm/s
 =  > 9 \times 0.01 \\  =  > 0.09
=>0.09m/s^2
Distance(s)=200m
Velocity=?

By using equation:-
 {v}^{2}  =  {u}^{2}  + 2as \\  {v}^{2}  =  {(5)}^{2}  + 2 \times 0.09 \times 200 \\  {v}^{2}  = 25 + 36 \\  {v}^{2}  = 61
 {v}^{2}  =  {(7.81)}^{2}  \\ v = 7.81

Hence,the final velocity=7.81 m/s
