Here's the answer to your question....
→Concentrated sulphuric acid is highly hygroscopic. It absorbs moisture from air and gets diluted. Since the volume increases, the acid starts flowing out of bottle.

When a bottle of sulphuric acid filled upto the brim is left open in the laboratory, then the level of acid will reduce in the bottle. This is because the acid will start emitting out fumes of sulphur trioxide (SO3).Also note that this does not happen in dilute sulphuric acid. Since the concentrated sulphuric acid contains more amount of SO3 as compared to dilute acid which contain more amount of water as compared to acid.
