(i) Probability of a number divisible by 2 or 3 = 4/5

(ii) Probability of a prime number = 2/5

Step-by-step explanation:

A box contains 20 cards numbered from a 1 to 20

Total number of outcomes = 20

Numbers divisible by 2 = 10

Numbers divisible by 3 = 6

Prime numbers = (2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, 19) = 8

(i) Probability of a number divisible by 2 or 3 = (10+6) / 20 = 16/20 = 4/5

(ii) Probability of a prime number = 8 / 20 = 2/5 = 2/5
