Solution:-
Given:-
A box contains 3 blue marbles, 4 red, 6 green marbles and 2 yellow marbles.
To Find:-
Probability that at least one is green.
Find:-
A box Contains 3 blue marbles, 4 red, 6 green marbles and 2 yellow marbles.
So, Total Marbles is the box is 15 Marbles.
Hence,
Total Outcome = 15.
Now,
Probability of Getting at least one Green.
There are 6 Green, so any of these can be drawn.
Hence,
Favourable Outcome = 6.
Probability of Getting at least one Green = Favourable Outcome / Total Outcome
=> Probability of Getting at least one Green = 6/15
Hence,
The Possibility that the drawn Marble is Green is 6/15.
