Step-by-step explanation:

Total number of possible outcomes=36

P(E)=Number of outcomes favourable to E/Total number of possible outcomes

Numbers divisible by 3 or a perfect square between 1 and 36 are-

1,3,4,6,9,12,15,16,18,21,24,25,27,30,33 and 36

i.e.,16 outcomes.

P(Numbers divisible by 3 or a perfect square between 1 and 36)=16/36

                                                                                                           =4/9
