Total number of toy cars= 400

Defective toy cars=12

 \bold{Probability =  \frac{number \: of \: favourable \: outcomes}{total \: number \: of \: outcomes} }

\textsf{Now, to find the probability of defective toy}

  \bold{=  \frac{12}{200} =  \frac{6}{100}   = 0.6}

\textsf{Now, to find the probability of non-defective toy}

(Non- defective toys= 400-12= 388)

 \bold{ =  \frac{388}{400 }  =  \frac{97}{100}  = 0.97}
