Solution :-

Given : A box contains 5 red, 2 white, & 3 blue marbles.

Total Outcomes = (5 + 2 + 3) = 10

Favourable Outcomes = 3

P(getting a blue marble) = Favourable Outcomes / Total Outcomes

= 3/10

Hence,

The probability of getting a blue marble is 3/10

Answer : 3/10

A box contain 5 red , 2 white and 3 blue balls

As per the question,

Total number of outcomes = (5+2+3)

= 10

If a marble is selected randomly,

Favourable number of outcomes ( blue marble) = 3

probability of getting blue marble

= favorable outcomes / total number of outcomes

= 3/ 10
