No. of medicine tablets in a box = 200000
Weight of each tablet in the box = 20 mg

Total weight of the tablets
= 20 × 200000
= 4000000 mg

1 gram = 1000 milligrams

Therefore Weight in grams
= 4000000/1000
= 4000 grams

1 Kilogram = 1000

Therefore Weight in Kilograms
= 4000/1000
= 4 Kilograms

Hope it is clear enough to understand and helpful.... ^_^
