Step-by-step explanation:

TSA=2(lb +bh+ hl)

=2(11×4.6+4.6×28+ 28×11)

=974.8cm^2

if increased height =28.3cm

TSA=2(11×4.6+4.6×28.3+28.3×11)

TSA= 984.16cm^2

increment =(984.16-974.8)cm^2

=9.36cm^2
