Work done is given by the equation: W=F⋅d ... W=40 N⋅1.5 m.  What if the boy walked across the room with the weight held in the position?

The boy holds a 40 N weight and takes place by arm length for 10ms.

His arm is 1.5m above ground and work done by force is at holding it accordingly.
