Present hight =150 cm
rate of increase in height =5%
so after one year increment in height = 150/100*5= 7.5 cm
so after 1 year his height = 157.5
and in second year again increment of 5% =
157.5/100*5= 7.87 cm .
so after this increment =157.5+7.87= 165.37 cm
so after 2 years he will be 165.37 cm

Hope it helps
