Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:circumference of wheel is 88cm

In 1/60hr the boy goes 17600cm

Therefore, in 1hr he goes 17600×60 cm= 1056000cm=10.10.56km

So speed of cycle =10.56km/hr

AnswEr :

  • Radius of Wheel ( r ) = 14 cm
  • 200 revolutions per minute.
  • Find Speed of Cycle per hour.

Distance travelled in 1 Revolution :

\longrightarrow \tt Circumference = 1 \:Revolution \\ \\\longrightarrow \tt Circumference =2\pi r \\ \\\longrightarrow \tt Circumference =2 \times \dfrac{22}{ \cancel{7}} \times \cancel{14cm} \\ \\\longrightarrow \tt Circumference = 2 \times 22 \times 2cm \\ \\\longrightarrow \blue{\tt Circumference = 88 \:cm}

\rule{300}{1}

Total Distance travelled in 1 minute :

↠ Distance = Circumference × Revolutions

↠ Distance = 88 cm × 200

↠ Distance = 17600 cm

  • Changing it into metre

Distance = 176 metre

\rule{300}{2}

Total Distance travelled in 1 hour :

↠ Distance = 176 metre × 1 Hour

↠ Distance = 176 m × 60

↠ Distance = 10560 m

  • Changing it into Kilometre

Distance = 10.56 Km

Speed of Cycling will be 10.56 Km/hr
