) What can be possible reasons for such indulgence?

Ans.: Children are more sensitive and their expectations from all around them are more due to the media exposure.  So, if a child’s parent scolds him/her or if a teacher scolds for a valid reason, the child gets defensive and a tension is created within it.  This tension snaps out sometimes, even for no reason.  Example, a student stabbing a teacher for writing in his calendar that he has not completed his homework.”

2) What can be possible solutions? The only solution is to keep counseling.  It has to be done both by parents and the teachers.  Parents should not be too over-protective or too strict.  Teachers should keep observing their children because you don’t know which child is the ticking bomb.

3) How will you console the parents of a juvenile child? No one can console the parents.  The only way to help them is to be sensitive to their feelings and make them to face this challenge.  Counseling the parents during this time is the best help one can provide.

4) What is the role of teachers to avoid such incidence? As answered earlier, teachers should observe their children and if any child is found to be aloof, not being friendly, not completing his/her homework regularly, not getting good marks, always seem to be in his own world.  If he is a child who does not have any learning difficulty, then the teacher should immediately get in touch with the parents and find out the root cause and try to solve his / her parents
