Hi,

Here is your answer

Given:

Mass of the box(m)=50kg

Force applied(F)=90N

To Find:

Acceleration(a)

Solution:

By Newton's second law, we know that

F=ma

a=F/m

Substitute the give datas in the equation

We get,

a=90/50

a=1.8m/s²

Notes:

1.Force applied on a object is directly proportional to its mass and acceleration.

2.Newton's second law state that the rate of change of momentum is directly proportional to the force applied and takes place in the direction of the applied force.

Hope this helps you.
