We know that pressure = Force/Area.

Given length = 32cm.

Given breadth = 10cm.

We know that Area = Length * breadth

                                 = 32 * 10

                                 = 320cm^2.

                                 = 0.032m^2.

Given Force = 16N.

Now,

Pressure = 16/0.032

                = 500 N/m^2

                = 500 Pa.

Hope this helps!  --------------------------- Gud Luck

Length = 32 cm or 0.32 m
Breadth = 10 cm  or 0.10m
Height = 10 cm or 0.10m

Thrust it exerts on ground= 16 N
 Area which touches the ground = 0.32m * 0.10m
                                                   = 0.032m²

Pressure =  Force / Area
               =   16N / 0.032m²
               =   500N/m²
               =   500 Pa

  ∴ Pressure exerted by the Brick = 500 Pa
