Solutions :-

Given :
A brick layer lays 1500 bricks in a 8 hour day.

Find the time taken by brick layer to lays 1 brick :-

By unitary method,
1500 bricks = 8 hours
1 brick = 8/1500 hours

Find the time taken by brick layer to lays 10000 bricks :-

By unitary method,
1 brick = 8/1500 hours
10000 bricks = (8 × 10000)/1500 = 53 hours and 20 minutes

Hence,
The time taken by brick layer to lays 10000 bricks = 53 hours and 20 minutes

1500-8
10,000-??
= 10,000×8/1500
= 160/3
= 53.33
It takes 53 hours and 33 min

54616859985585: 53hrs 30min
