Commission upto 3,00,000=2%
Commission taken on a value more than 3,00,000=1.5%
So commission charged on 3,00,000=2/100*300000
=6000
Commission charged on 150000 i.e. 450000-300000=1.5/100*150000
=2250
So,total commission received by the broker is 6000+2250=8250 Ans.
