the answer of this question is each friend will get first the ratio of 3 will get 1875 stamp and another one whose ratio is one will get 625 stamp and the last one whose ratio is also one will get 625 stamp

STEPS

total number of stamps are 5000 which are divided into 5 into 3 ratio which means the total of this ratio is a 8x and brother will get 5 x and the sister will get 3x of them so

5000×5 divided by 8 will give 3125 stamps

and 5000 into 3 divided by 8 will give 1875 stamps

sofa the division of 3125 stamp which were the stamp of his brother will divided into the ratio of 3 is to 1 is to 1

then what you have to do is

3125 into 3 divided by 5 will give 1875 stamps

3125 stamp into 1 divided by 5 will give 625 stamps

3125 stamp again divided by 1 into 5 will give 625 stamps
