35% = x ml

x/2000 x 100 = 35

x/100 = 70000

x = 70000/100 = 700 ml

65% = yml

y/2000 x 100 = 65

y = 1300ml

The water needed to add more = 1300 - 700 = 600ml

Solutions :-

We have,
100% = 2 litres
1% = 2/100 = 0.02 litres

Find the 35% of water :-

1 % = 0.02 litres
35 % = 0.02 × 35 = 0.7 litres

Find the 65% of water :-

1% = 0.02 litres
65 % = 0.02 × 65 = 1.3 litres

Find how many litres of water must be put
into it so that it 65% full :-

(65 - 35) % = (1.3 - 0.7) litres
30% = 0.6 litres

Hence,
0.6 litres or 600 ml of water must be put
into it so that it 65% full.
