The property of similar triangle:

\dfrac{\text{shadow 1}}{\text{shadow 2}} = \dfrac{\text{height 1}}{\text{height 2}}

Define x:

Let the height of Building Alpha be x

Plug in the known value:

\dfrac{\text{75}}{\text{60}} = \dfrac{\text{x}}{\text{40}}

60x =75 \times 40

60x =3000

x = 3000 \div 60

x = 50

Answer: The height of the building Alpha is 50 m
