The building is 78.95 m or 78 m 95 cm tall.

Step-by-step explanation:

Required conversion:

1 cm = \frac{1}{100} m

The distance between the floors of the two balconies = 26 m 30 cm = 26 m + 0.30 m = 26.30 m

The distance between the floor of the lower balcony and the ground = 36 m 30 cm = 36 m + 0.30 m = 36.30 m

The distance between the floor of the upper balcony and the top of the building = 16 m 35 cm = 16 m + 0.35 m = 16.35 m

Thus,

The height of the building will be,

= 26.30 m + 36.30 m + 16.35 m

= 78.95 m  or 78 m 95 cm
