Ans: The story revolves around the love between a man and a dog. The dog will have immense loyalty to the man that has saved its life or even shown them kindness. The dog “buck” is completely loyal and devoted to his master “John Thornton”.

Q2. Was “Buck” Jealous of John’s other dogs?

Ans: No, Buck was happy to just admire John from a distance and got along great with his other two dogs Skeet and Nig.

Q3. What happens with Buck in Alaska?

Ans: Buck becomes famous in Alaska as he showed immense determination in dragging a sled through snow and even the famous King of Skookum Bench offered to buy him for a thousand dollars which John rejected.
