In bulb the resistance of a filament changes with the change in temperature, so it can not be used

Bulb is a non-ohmic resistor i.e, it does not obey ohm's law.
For Ohm's Law to be proved V/I = R. That is R should remain constant even when V and I change for a particular conductor. But in a bulb as the current varies the temperature of the filament of the bulb also changes resulting in change in the Resistance offered by the bulb. Thus, Ohm's law cannot be proved by using a Bulb in place of a Resistor.
Hope it helps!!
