807 ohms

220v & 60w gives 807 ohms. However, measuring it cold (room temperature) with an ohmmeter will show a much lower resistance. Incandescent bulbs can be consideted pure resistsnce and increase in resistsnce when hot by roughly 13 - 5 times.
