A bulb starts glowing in case of acids, dies the same happens to alcohol and glucose. It's because acids contains  H+ ions. Alcohol and glucose do not contain H= ions that's why the bulb don't glow

Lel: nice, but are alcohols and glucose bases?
jasmineelsa: they are very weak acids
jasmineelsa: that's why they do not conduct electricity
Lel: ohk
