A bullet fired into a block loses one fourth its velocity after moving 0.9 m. Before it comes to rest, what distance will be travelled by bullet?​

Explanation:

first we calc the deaccelration constant which can be easily found out bt equation

  {v}^{2}  =  {u}^{2}  + 2as

as we know it travels 0.9m after which it's velocity become3/4v2

then we by again using the above formula we be able to find the distance it traveled before coming to rest. but now we have deaccelration constant.
