v = u/2. s = 30 cm.
a = (v^2 - u^2)/2s = - u^2 /80 cm/sec^2.
for coming to rest. ..
s = (0^2 - u^2 /4) / 2a
s = 10 cm.
Bullet travels a further 10cm.
