impulse is the change in momentum.
J=p1-p2.
p1=initial momentum and p2= final momentum.
p1=mv=0.06×500=30.
p2=mv=m×0=0 as body comes to rest.
J= 30-0 = 30 Ns.
now avg force = j/dt dt= small time
F= 30/0.01=3000N.
