A bullet of mass 10 g and velocity 800 m/s is passed through a mud wall of thickness 1m. its velocity reduces to 100 m/s . find the average resistance (work) offered by the mud wall.<br />

800^2-100^2=2a

(-)315000=a

we know m=0.01kg

F=ma

F=0.01*(-)315000

F=(-)3150 N

(-) sign indicates that force is resistive
