For Bullet m1 is equal to 20 gram that is equal to 0.02 kilogram and u 1 is equal to zero V 1 is equal to 150 metre per second

For pistol M2 is equal to 2 kg u2 is equal to zero metre per second

Total momentum of the Pista and Bullet before the fire equal m1u1 + m2u2

Equal 0.02 kg into 0 metre per second plus 2 kg into 0 metre per second is equal to 0 kg metre per second

Total momentum of Pistol and Bullet after the fire is equal to 3 + 2 V into kg metre per second
