Speed of Bullock cart
= 24/3 kmph
= 8 kmph
Speed of train
= 120/2 kmph
= 60 kmph
Therefore ratio of speed of Bullock cart to the speed of train
= 8/60
= 2/15

speed =  \frac{distance}{time}

Speed of bullock cart :-
s =  \frac{24km}{3h}
s = 8km/h

Speed of train :-
s =  \frac{120km}{2h}
s = 60 km / h

Ratio of their speed :-

bullock cart : train

8 : 60

2 : 15
