let \: the \: cost \: price \: be \: x \\ \: a \: sold \: the \: bunglow \: at \: 10\% \: profit = x \times \frac{10}{100} = \frac{x}{10} \\ then \: selling \: price \: by \: a \: to \: b = x + \frac{x}{10} = \frac{10x + x}{10} = \frac{11x}{10} \\ so \: cost \: price \: for \: b = \frac{11x}{10} \\ now \: b \: sell \: the \: bunglow \: at \: 10\% \: loss = \frac{11x}{10} \times \frac{10}{100 } = \frac{11x}{100} \\ so \: selling \: price \: by \: b \: to \: c = \frac{11x}{10} - \frac{11x}{100} = \frac{110x - 11x}{100} = \frac{99x}{100} \: \\ So >99x/100=980100. > 99x=98010000. x=98010000/99= 990000
