For Car

Time = 2 hours

Distance = 128 km.

Now, speed = $\dfrac{Distance} {Time}$

=>Speed = $\dfrac{128} {2}$

=>Speed = 64km/hr.

For Train

Time = 3 hours

Distance = 240km.

Now speed = $\dfrac{Distance} {Time}$

=>Speed = $\dfrac{240} {3}$

=>Speed = 80km/hr.

Now ratio of their Speed Will be =>

$\dfrac{80} {64}$

=> $\dfrac{5} {4}$

So their ratio of sped will be 5:4
