speed of bus = 128/2 = 64km/hr
speed of train = 240/3 = 80km/hr
so ratio = 64/80
= 32/40
= 16/20
= 4/5
so ratio = 4:5

ANSWER

Given,

For Car

Time = 2 hours

Distance = 128 km.

Now, speed =  \dfrac{Distance} {Time}

=>Speed =  \dfrac{128} {2}

=>Speed = 64km/hr.

For Train

Time = 3 hours

Distance = 240km.

Now speed =  \dfrac{Distance} {Time}

=>Speed =  \dfrac{240} {3}

=>Speed = 80km/hr.

Now ratio of their Speed Will be =>

 \dfrac{80} {64}

=>  \dfrac{5} {4}

So their ratio of sped will be 5:4

Remember

speed =  \dfrac{Distance} {Time}
