A bus decrease its speed from 80 km  {h} ^{-1}to 60 km {h} ^{-1}in 5 s. Find the acceleration of the bus. ​

Here, we have

 u=80 km\:{h} ^{-1}

 =\frac{80*1000}{60*60}=22.22m\:{s}^{-1}

 v=60 km {h} ^{-1}

 =\frac{60*1000}{60*60}=16.67m{s}^{-1},

 {t} =5s

 {a}=\frac{v-u}{t}

 {a}=\frac{16.67-22.22}{5}=\frac{-5.55}{5}
