Acceleration = (Final velocity - Initial velocity) / Time

Final velocity = 60 km/h = 60*5/18 = 16.67 m/s

Initial velocity = 80 km/h = 80*5/18 = 22.22 m/s

Time = 5 s

Acceleration = (16.67 - 22.22) / 5 = -5.5555 / 5 = - 1.111 m/s²
