A bus is going southwards at 5m/s. To a man sitting in bus a car appears to move towards west at 2√6 m/s. What is the actual speed of car?

Vcb²=Vcg² + Vbg² -2 Vbg Vcg cosα

here Vcb = vel of car w.r.t the bus

Vbg = vel of bus w.r.t the ground

α = 90

So, vcg²= 5²-(2√6)²

= 25 - 12

Vcg = √13

=3.8=4
