A bus leaves agra at 5 am and reaches delhi at 12 noon. Another bus leaves delhi at 8 am and reaches agra at 3 pm. At what time do they meet?

Let the distance between agra and delhi be x

The time taken by bus 1=  7 hours

The time taken by bus 2 =  7 hours

The speeds of both the buses are same,  which is equal to x/7

The distance travelled by first bus at 8 am or after 3 hours=  3x/7

Remaining distance x- 3x/7 = 4x/7.

they will meet at exactly half point is 2x/7 distance from delhi

For covering x distance time needed is 7 hours then for 2x/7  2 hours

The both the buses will meet at 10 am
