Heya user
Here is your answer !!
Speed of the bus in km/hr = 18 km/hr
So , speed of the bus in m/s = 5 m/s .
Time taken to stop the bus = 2.5 s .
Hence , retardation produced is = ( 5 m/s ) / 2.5 s = 2 m/s² {Answer}
NOTE :
1 km/hr = 5/18 m/s
1 m/s = 18/5 km/hr .
Hope it helps !!
