Velocity of wind

v_w=u\hat i

Thus the velocity of the butterfly relative to the wind

=(10+u)\hat i+12\hat j

Again

\tan37^\circ=\frac{\text{Vertical component}}{\text{Horizontal component}}

\implies \frac{3}{4}=\frac{12}{10+u}

\implies u+10=12\times \frac{4}{3}
