A can do a piece of work in 10 days and B can do it in 15 days.they work together for 5 days, the rest of the work is finished by C in two more days. If they got rs.6000 as wages for the whole work, then find the daily wages of A, B and C?

A's work =1/10
B's work =1/15
For 5 days together work completed =1/10+1/15
=5/30=1/6of whole work
Now 5/6 of whole work is done by C in just 2 days
Wage of A and B together = 1/6 ×6000=1000
Wage of C = 6000 - 1000=5000
Wage of A = 1/10 of 6000
=600
So, wage of B = 1000-600=400

Answer:225rs

Step-by-step explanation:

A = 10 days, B= 15 days

let total work is 10*15= 150 units

A can do 150/10 = 15 units per day

B can do 150/15=10 units per day both can 25 units per day and worked for 5 days i.e 5*25= 125 units completed . 25 units remaining

c can do 25/2 = 12.5 units /day to complete 150 units C will take 150/12.5 =12 days

A = 10, B = 15 , C= 12 days

so their shares also in the ratio of their efficiencies . 60 is lcm

so A’s efficiency 60/10 = 6, B’s = 4, C’s = 5

out of 1500 A 15*5= 75 parts

B will get 10*5 =50 parts

C will get 2*12.5= 25 parts out of 1500

B’s share 50/150(1500) = 500 for 5 days , 100 per day

C’s share 25/150(1500) = 250 for 2 days , 125 per day

sum will be 225 rs
