Step-by-step explanation:

{\fcolorbox{red}{blue}{A's \:one \: day\: work:-1/18}}

{\fcolorbox{blue}{red}{B's\:one\:day\:work:-1/12}}

Both of them work together for 2 days so,

\frac{1}{18}+\frac{1}{12}×2

\frac{2+3}{36}×2=\frac{5}{\cancel{36}}×{\cancel{2}}=\frac{5}{18}

\bold\orange{Remaining\:work:-}1-\frac{5}{18}=\frac{18}{18}-\frac{5}{18}=\frac{13}{18}

B's work =12 days.

Remaining work×B's work = \frac{13}{\cancel{18}}×{\cancel{12}}=\frac{26}{3}

Option A is right
