A's 1 day's work = 1/60
Work completed by A in 15 days = 15/60 = 1/4
Remaining work left = 1-1/4= 3/4
Remaining work is completed by B in 30 days
That is in 30 days B can do 3/4 work.
Therefore B's 1 day's work = (3/4)*(1/30)= 1/40.
so (A+B)'s 1 day's work = 1/60 + 1/40 = 1/24.
Therefore they can together finish the work in 24 days.
